The easiest way to get your ID card is to use the app or online services from your carrier. But if that doesn't work, or there's some extenuating circumstance, get in touch with the office and we'll get you squared away.

Does the Barker Group accomodate my weird works hours outside office hours?
Within reason, yes. While the agency obviously won't be available at 1:00 AM for our overnighters, the agency will set appointments by request for certain time-frames that are reasonable. Keep in mind-that is at the agency's discretion. We're pretty good at finding times to work with you. And email and text have changed the game in this space. Feel free to use them!
